The Role:
Join a flagship £100m high-end residential project delivering two of London's most luxurious penthouses. You'll lead technical design coordination, manage consultant teams, and ensure smooth design delivery from pre-con through to handover on a complex, detail-driven build.

The Project:
An architecturally ambitious, ultra-prime scheme involving two penthouses with bespoke structural, MEP, and interior packages. Think complex detailing, luxury finishes, and the highest level of design intent and execution.

Must-Have:
•Strong Design Manager experience on high-spec residential or commercial builds
•Ability to manage drawing packages, solve technical issues, and drive coordination onsite
•Comfortable working with top-tier consultants, architects, and private clients
•Ideally degree-qualified in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction
