Job Description
Design Managers are project-based, working as part of a project team to deliver the design and engineering aspects of our projects. This may include delivering design management on major bids.
As a Design Manager, you are accountable for all the design aspects of a scheme (on a framework) or section of a major project. You will manage relevant designers, ensuring the design is delivered on time, within budget, and meets technical standards. All designs must be safe, sustainable, and efficient to construct.
You will work within a team of design managers, either on a major project or delivering schemes as part of a framework, reporting to a Principal or Senior Design Manager.
