Monaghans Ltd is recruiting for a Design Manager based in Sheffield or London, with nationwide hybrid working options, including homeworking.

We provide top-tier multidisciplinary building consultancy services across the UK and internationally. As part of Trebbi, we offer consultancy, engineering, and design within the built environment.

We seek an experienced Designer or Project Manager from a Design Manager or RIBA background to oversee design management and client advisory roles in retail, leisure, commercial, and residential sectors across England and Wales.

Your responsibilities include implementing duties under the Building Safety Act 2022 and related regulations, managing designers and subcontractors, and providing building regulation compliance advice and training.

The ideal candidate will have RIBA, MRICS, or similar qualifications, strong leadership skills, knowledge of Building Regulations, and experience in design management.
