About the role of a Design Manager (REGIONAL CONTRACTOR)

We are seeking a talented Design Manager to join our team, working within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess proven technical skills, a passion for innovation, and a desire to challenge conventional practices to elevate their career within the industry.

You will report directly to the Pre-Con/Design Director.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience working in live environments, including retail and new build projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to produce and manage realistic design programmes and information to support design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and fostering innovation.

What we offer

• A salary range of £55,000 to £65,000 plus a car allowance.
