My client is a Main Contractor with a turnover of circa £80 million. They are looking to bolster their Design team with an experienced individual who will hit the ground running. They offer great development opportunities and autonomy in your working week.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Main Contractor delivering lasting impact for clients in both the Public and Private Sectors. The ideal candidate will be a Design Manager supporting the Building Division. If you are motivated and experienced, we want to hear from you!

The Role

• Manage and coordinate the design process, ensuring high standards, budget, and timescales are met.
• Manage and mitigate design risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring designs meet client and stakeholder requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to the team on design-related matters.

What We Want From You

• Experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Live within or commute to Leicester.
• Experience on Education and Healthcare projects (preferred but not necessary).
