Design Manager or Senior Design Manager - Data Centre Projects - Guaranteed Bonus

Requirements

• Knowledge of Building Sector.
• Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager. -Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.
• Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.
• Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties
• Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
• High level of communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
• Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.
