The Role

We’re seeking a Design Manager to lead the visual development and execution of creative assets across digital and print. This role bridges strong design execution with emerging creative leadership, sitting at the heart of our creative team and working closely with strategy, client services, and external collaborators.

You’ll take ownership of a range of client projects, many of which involve high-end branding and multi-channel marketing campaigns for new residential developments and hospitality launches. From meticulously crafted brochures and buyers’ guides to art direction for digital campaigns, this role is ideal for someone who understands luxury aesthetics and thrives on producing polished, compelling work at scale.

As Design Manager, you'll also play a key role in shaping the creative growth of others on the team—mentoring the team designers, contributing to internal reviews, and ensuring that each project meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute brand-aligned design projects from concept through to delivery
• Manage and mentor graphic designers, helping develop their creative output and professional growth
• Provide art direction across projects, including digital campaigns and printed collateral
• Work on all the marketing materials—from floor plans to brochures—are accurate, visually refined, and production-ready
• Collaborate with client services and strategy teams to interpret briefs and align on project timelines
• Oversee quality control at each stage of design production
• Contribute to art direction for photo and video shoots
• Partner with developers and motion designers on web, animation, and digital deliverables
• Support studio workflow by contributing to resource planning and time tracking

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience:

• Proven graphic design experience in luxury branding and design
• Strong knowledge of the real estate or hospitality sectors
• High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience working with Figma or similar digital design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end design for print and digital assets
• Ability to lead creative projects independently while also collaborating across teams
• Understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of print production
• Experience art directing photo/video shoots and contributing to campaign execution
• Comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders

Desirable Skills:

• Working knowledge of studio/project management tools (e.g. time tracking, resourcing)
• Experience collaborating with developers on web or interactive projects
• Knowledge of motion/animation or video editing workflows
• Interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Understanding of marketing materials for real estate and hospitality
