Job description

I am working alongside a Multi-Regional Contractor who has recently secured a £50m BTR scheme in the centre of Bristol. They are keen to add a talented Technical Coordinator/Design Manager to support the project, with a view to managing your own project in the future.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing the design process for all regional projects.
2. Providing design assistance to the Project Management and Estimation teams.
3. Facilitating design team meetings and workshops.
4. Ensuring that Technical Queries and RFIs are addressed accurately and promptly for the involved supply chain.
5. Addressing all planning-related considerations and establishing a clear plan for obtaining necessary approvals before tender submission, including highlighting any risks or costs.
6. Collaborating closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
