Design Manager (Site:Based) : Temporary Placement

Rate: GBP400 : GBP450 per day (Umbrella PAYE)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Felixstowe, IP11

Hours: Minimum 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Temporary (3 to 4 months)

Linsco are looking for a Design Manager for a 3:4 month site:based contract role in Felixstowe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a major construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Initial focus on tracking and managing RFIs (Requests for Information) raised on the project.
• Ongoing support to the Senior Design Manager, ensuring the smooth coordination of design and construction activities.
• Daily collaboration with site and project teams from the Site Office: strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
  
  

Requirements

• White CSCS Card (mandatory).
• Relevant professional or academic qualifications in construction/design management.
• Proven experience in a Design Manager or similar role, preferably on site:based construction projects.
• Strong organisational and tracking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast:paced site environment.

• Hi:Vis vest or jacket (unbranded)

This role is based fully on site:remote work is not available.
