Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading modular construction company to recruit an experienced Design Manager on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and contribute to a diverse range of high-profile projects within a collaborative and innovative environment.

As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring construction and design deliverables are achieved to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing construction and design deliverables to meet project requirements and client expectations
• Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the Design Team, contractors, and quality management plans
• Managing and resolving design-related queries throughout the project lifecycle
• Acting as the key liaison for all design coordination between stakeholders and project teams

We would be keen to speak with Design Managers with the following skills:

• Relevant degree qualification – BSc Architecture and/or Engineering or similar
• Modular experience
• Proficient use of Revit
