Are you an experienced Design Manager or and experienced Architect seeking a new role with a leading tier 1 main contractor. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Design Manager or Architect with residential experience to support a lead Design Manager on a major residential project in Berkshire.

About the role of Design Manager

This role will offer the opportunity to work with one of the most reputable main contractors on the UK and play an important role in the delivery of a new build £100m, RC frame residential scheme. The project will deliver circa 250 units comprising of both private and affordable homes. This role will offer a mix of working on site or in the office as well as a flexible working option.

Requirements for the Design Manager role

• Experience working for a main contractors, developer or Architectural practice
• Experience working on residential projects
• Experience with new build projects
• Knowledge of the Building Safety Act would be beneficial.
