Job summary

A regional Main Contractor near Hitchin is looking to appoint a Design Manager to strengthen their delivery team. The role focuses on embedded site coordination, ensuring design information is coordinated, buildable and delivered on time across live projects valued between £5m–£15m.

You will work across pre-construction and delivery, coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors, and attend site regularly to resolve design queries and ensure information flow to site.
