Job description

This is an ideal next step for a technically strong architectural professional or coordinator ready to step client-side. You'll be working across listed buildings, new-build residential schemes, and a planned hotel development - all part of a long-term, design-led property strategy backed by a well-resourced family office.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the Design Lead with day-to-day delivery and consultant coordination
  • Managing incoming design and technical information across live projects
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Acting as liaison between the London office, project teams, and the wider property group
  • Overseeing project programmes and flagging risks or delays
  • Attending design meetings, site visits, and tracking progress on the ground
  • Supporting the delivery of a new 124-unit residential-led development, hotel planning, and refurbishments within a listed estate
  • Coordinating with property management, planning consultants, and internal stakeholders

We're looking for someone who:

  • Comes from an architecture or technical background with strong delivery knowledge
  • Has experience working on UK residential or commercial projects
  • Understands the nuances of working with listed buildings and heritage constraints
  • Can confidently read drawings, specifications and flag risks or issues proactively
  • Has excellent organisational skills and is comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Enjoys working in a small team and taking ownership of their work
  • Ideally has some experience in property or developer-side coordination

What's on offer:

  • Salary dependent on experience
  • On-site parking available
  • A collaborative and close-knit team culture
  • Opportunity to take ownership and grow within the business
  • Direct exposure to high-quality projects and senior decision-makers
