Job Title: Design Co-Ordinator

We are seeking to hire a Design Co-Ordinator to join a reputable Façade specialist sub-contractor based in Essex, near Laindon.

The company specializes in new build façade and recladding schemes, so the candidate must have prior experience in façade projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish design protocols and communicate expectations and deliverables clearly with subcontract designers.
2. Ensure the delivery of fully coordinated design and production information, monitoring progress throughout the contract.
3. Review subcontract design submissions to ensure they meet company proposals and client briefs before forwarding to the client's design team for review and approval.
4. Attend design progress meetings and manage document distribution and control.

Qualifications:

A BSc or MSc in façade engineering is preferred but not essential.

Working Conditions:

Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
