An innovative fashion studio is seeking a creative Design Intern to support the development of their upcoming collection for London Fashion Week. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in the full creative process, from concept development to final production. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to mood boards, prototypes, and studio operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about sustainability in fashion. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Design lntern to support the development of our SS26 collection to be shown at London Fashion Week. You will be an integral part of our team contributing to collections from concept through to final production.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and updating mood boards and research decks
- Develop and interpret concepts and design ideas using Photoshop
- Follow direction to create patterns, toiles and prototypes
- Assist Creative Director and Studio Manager with fittings and castings
- Organise and take inspiration from design archive
- Studio admin such as factory visits and running errands
- Support with events ie fashion weeks, pop ups, studio sales
Profile:
- Currently enrolled in BA Fashion Design/ undertaking a placement year
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Confident in pattern cutting and sewing
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Considerate individual with an interest in sustainability and innovation
- Enthusiastic team player who can adapt efficiently to different tasks
