I am looking for a talented Design Lead / Design Director with a strong ability to craft and work with typography to work on a range of brand campaign output.

What I need from you:

1. You are a design lead or design director with a strong brand design background
2. You have a beautifully presented team portfolio of work displaying your craft and ability to work with typography
3. Experience in a similar role or a senior designer ready to step up
4. The ability to craft and design for brand identity and brand campaigns across digital and print TTL output
5. Team management & development experience is an absolute must - at least 2 or 3 direct reports
6. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
7. An approachable and friendly nature with a lack of ego and strong ability to build rapport with your colleagues
8. The ability to confidently and articulately pitch and present your ideas to internal and external stakeholders
9. The desire to keep up with trends, best practices etc and inspiring teams to do so
10. Forward-thinking, confidence challenging briefs

Location: hybrid working 3 days per week in Central London, 2 days from home
