About The Role

• Design Lead at MEDDICC will execute at a high level, raise the bar for product design, and shape the future of design as we scale. This is a player-coach role: lead by example, ship fast, and own the design function.
• You’ll contribute to product strategy and help leverage design as a strategic advantage.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive workflows that differentiate MEDDICC in a competitive market.
• Deliver polished, production-ready designs, from research to QA.
• Set high standards across the design team—define systems, workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to shape vision and prioritize.
• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and validate designs through rapid prototyping.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of high craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead user research end-to-end.
• Strong UI/UX design skills that solve real problems and drive outcomes.
• Fluency with design systems and tools.
• Bonus: experience in workflow-heavy products related to sales, enablement, or productivity.

Additional Information

• This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.
• Remote (Europe, UK), with occasional travel to Cambridgeshire.
