The Role

As Design Lead, you'll be an innovator within our creative team, driving design initiatives for

major clients while mentoring junior talent. You'll collaborate across disciplines to deliver

solutions that exceed expectations and push creative boundaries. This role requires

exceptional design skills and the ability to inspire teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead design vision for key client projects, bringing concepts to life through stunning

• Partner with strategists and technologists to develop creative solutions for business

• Build client relationships, communicating design decisions with passion and purpose

• Guide and mentor designers while fostering their professional growth

• Present design concepts confidently to internal teams and clients

• Ensure design quality and consistency while meeting deadlines

• Contribute to new business pitches and grow existing client relationships
