Job description

ROLE: Design Lead

Exciting opportunity to join the in house creative team for a global FMCG brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading the creation of high-impact visual assets across digital, social, print, and trade environments.

- Taking charge of the entire creative process: from idea to storyboard to polished production.

- Providing decisive, constructive feedback that strengthens the team and sharpens the work.

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (brand, marketing, strategy) to turn briefs into brand-defining campaigns.

- Presenting concepts to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and creative authority.

- Raise the creative bar by mentoring junior designers and championing a culture of quality and experimentation.

Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience within an in-house team or agency

- A portfolio of original, commercial work that shows mastery across both digital and print is a must.

- Sharp instincts for storytelling, typography, layout, and brand systems.

- A track record of mentoring junior creatives and influencing cross, functional teams.

- Experience with lifestyle or premium consumer brands is a bonus
