Job summary

DS Smith in Hinckley is seeking a Cluster Design & Innovation Manager to lead the design and innovation strategy, manage the PackRight Centre, and drive value through inventive packaging solutions.

You will lead a skilled team of packaging designers, collaborate with sales, manufacturing and customer teams, ensure regulatory compliance and develop a centre of excellence for testing and specs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading innovation/design teams in manufacturing or packaging.
• Change management skills to drive transformation and value.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on KPIs and lead innovation projects that create value.
• Translate market trends into practical design solutions.
