Your mission

• Lead design and estimation efforts for new projects, ensuring accurate and competitive bids.
• Collaborate with sales and client teams to understand requirements.
• Develop design solutions meeting technical and commercial specs.
• Oversee documentation for handover to delivery teams.
• Contribute to business strategy and planning with senior management.
• Set objectives for teams and ensure performance.
• Align operations with strategic goals and ensure compliance with safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability policies.
• Implement new opportunities and promote innovation.
• Ensure estimate and design accuracy and competitiveness.
• Manage design documentation to meet standards and client needs.
• Ensure timely handover of design documents.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
