Mechanical Design Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join an established company supplying products to the aerospace, medical, and industrial industries.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Product design, including creating components and engineering drawings.
• Maintaining drawing and part number databases.
• Providing technical support to the sales and manufacturing teams.
• Undertaking production engineering projects.

What you’ll need:

• Experience in 3D CAD, ideally SolidWorks.
• Previous experience with prototyping and creating technical drawings.
• Knowledge or experience in RF/Microwave components and design is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
