Are you a Design Engineer with a background in Tekla, Advanced Steel, or AutoCAD, looking to step into a leadership role with a leading fabrication and installation specialist? In this role, you'll take full ownership of the design department, lead a growing team, and help drive an ambitious, fast-paced business forward through exciting, bespoke projects.

The Role:

1. Manage and lead a design team
2. Produce and review technical drawings using Tekla / AutoCAD / Advanced Steel
3. Work closely with clients, project managers, and site teams

The Person:

1. Experience in structural and/or architectural metalwork
2. Proficient in Tekla / AutoCAD / Advanced Steel
3. Based in Luton
