Design Engineer

Our client, a well-established sheet metal fabrication business based in the Rochdale area, is seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join their team due to ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating CAD designs using Solidworks
2. Producing Radan programs for parts manufacturing via Tube Laser, Punch, and Sheet Laser machinery
3. Logging and updating CAD files

Requirements:

• Experience with Solidworks
• Radan experience is desirable
• Based in a commutable distance of Rochdale
• Experience in a sheet metal production environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Manufacturing/engineering qualifications are desirable

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
