Job summary

Field Energy in London is seeking a Design Engineer to join our central design team. You will work on GB and German projects, creating site layouts, planning drawings and engineering schematics, with 3D modelling experience advantageous.

Based at our London head office, you will collaborate with Grid, Origination and Development teams, supporting projects from origination through construction and ensuring designs meet safety and CDM requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for site layouts.
• Understanding of planning process and CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create site layout plans, planning drawing packages and engineering schematics.
• Produce 3D site design models and review design packages for compliance.
• Support planning applications and ensure designs meet safety and CDM standards.
• Collaborate with Grid, Origination and Development teams across markets.
