Are you a Design Engineer with a background in metal fabrication, seeking to join a highly successful business offering clear progression routes to management, autonomy, and fully expensed international travel once a quarter?

Would you like to work on projects from inception to completion, deepening your understanding of full product development and seeing your designs come to fruition?

Join a global, market-leading manufacturer in the construction and mining industries. This reputable company has operated on the Evesham site since 1945, with offices and a large distribution facility, placing you in the vibrant heart of their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing & developing new and existing products
• Working from briefs to create new designs and develop the product catalog
• Collaborating closely with the skilled Design team
• Participating in four international trips annually to meet customers and observe products in use
