Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an automated industrial machinery design environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, ideally with PDM Vault experience.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, PLC, and electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical machinery and produce new component and assembly drawings.
• Specify machinery contents and generate bills of materials for production release.
• Maintain existing design data and manage ECNs and conversion from 2D to 3D CAD.

Skills

SolidWorks experience

5+ years in automated industrial machinery design

Good written and oral communication skills

Experience of pneumatics

Understanding of the Machinery Directive & CE/UKCA Marking
