Our projects include OPVs, Mine Hunters, Submarines, and Aircraft Carriers across various countries. We are seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our HVAC Design team in Basildon.

Responsibilities

1. Technical Proposals: Develop HVAC technical proposals for enquiries.
2. Project Management: Manage projects from concept to installation and commissioning.
3. Design Calculations: Perform HVAC load calculations.
4. Specifications & Reports: Write system specifications, prepare test procedures, and compile reports.
5. Client Interaction: Conduct site visits, surveys, and stakeholder meetings.
6. Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety standards.
7. Innovation: Propose new products or technologies to improve energy efficiency.
8. Technical Reviews: Review OEM designs for compliance before manufacturing.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Effective time management
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Refrigeration
• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and air conditioning systems
• Experience in HVAC or Mechanical Systems design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Inventor, and MS Office
