Job summary

Seismic Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to high-performance machinery. You will shape the next generation of compact equipment through fluid line integration and innovative mechanical systems.

Expect to work with elegant design platforms to optimise hydraulic and thermal routing while ensuring compliance with UK/EU regulations. The role involves designing fluid lines for hydraulics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering designs into series

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD and 3D modeling for hydraulic and thermal routing systems.
• Proficiency in GD&T and applying standards to design documentation.
• Experience with CREO and Teamcenter or equivalent PLM/ECM tools.
• Background in mobile construction equipment manufacturing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop fluid line installations for hydraulic oil, engine coolant, and refrigerants.
• Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to deliver new designs into production.
• Coordinate design changes across engineering, sales, product development, and manufacturing.
