Job Description

• Product development of our radial piston motor range to meet quality, performance, and cost requirements for a wide range of customers and applications.
• Liaising with stakeholders, including customers and production staff, to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Generation of design concepts, specifications, and problem-solving to achieve optimal solutions.
• Creation and modification of CAD models and drawings to production standards.

Qualifications

• Good quality degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical subject.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English.
• 3D CAD Design and Drafting experience, preferably using PTC Creo.
• Understanding of design and manufacturing considerations related to precision machined steel and cast iron components, preferably in a medium/high volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Analytical and conceptual capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, along with sound communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Product knowledge of hydraulic pumps or motors is a plus.
