Your future role

• Cooperating with clients and architects.
• Design engineer with experience in aluminum facades design
• Ability to work in a wider team, good communication skills
• Ability to analyze facade performance issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Working closely with the company's partners and suppliers to find the best technical solutions, and being a part of an international design team.

What do we expect from you?

• Proficiency in facade design principles, materials (glass, aluminum, steel, cladding, etc.), and construction techniques.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles related to building envelopes.
• Familiarity with thermal performance, waterproofing, and acoustics in facade systems.
• Experience with industry standards and regulations (e.g. EN, BS).
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD).
• Ability to model in 3D (Inventor / SolidWorks)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facade engineering or building envelope design.
• Experience working on high-rise, commercial, or complex architectural projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and installation processes for facade components.
• Experience working in the UK market is appreciated
• Ability to work in a wider team, good communication skills
• Ability to analyze facade performance issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to represent the company in English (at least B2 level).
