Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Design Engineer to take ownership of design deliverables and coordinate with consultants. The role demands managing complex design processes, ensuring client expectations are met on time and with the highest quality. Ideal candidates should have experience in civil engineering or heavy infrastructure projects and familiarity with BIM processes.

Qualifications

• Strong background in design and construction processes, ideally on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage design deliverables and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and digital engineering practices.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and Principal Designer duties.
• Experience in civil engineering or heavy infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.

The Opportunity

This role would suit candidates currently working as Design Coordinator, Project Engineer, Technical Engineer, Design Manager, CAD/BIM Lead, Structural Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Engineering Coordinator, or Technical Project Lead.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:
