As a Design Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate directly with customers to identify new solutions during the 'discovery' phase.
• Build prototypes using React and Figma.
• Create UX flows and high-quality visuals.
• Autonomously lead design direction, improve product usability, and expand the existing design system (React).

You’ll likely be someone who...

• Has experience as both a designer and engineer, with the ability to write production-grade JS/TS/React code. While you won't lead front-end engineering, understanding how design impacts performance and quality is crucial.
• Understands that working for a scale-up involves a high degree of autonomy.
• Can advocate for design across the business.
• Possesses a humble disposition; you have opinions on what 'good' looks like but remain receptive to constructive feedback.
