Job summary

Evo Personnel are recruiting a Design Engineer for a prestigious manufacturing client in the Rossendale area. The role focuses on developing electrical systems and engineering documentation across the project lifecycle, from concept to production release.

The successful candidate will design electrical systems, produce wiring diagrams and BOMs, and collaborate with component manufacturers to ensure conformance to specifications.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or related discipline.
• Experience designing electrical systems.
• Ability to produce electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using CAD software to create engineering documentation.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems.
• Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Design Engineer

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a Design Engineer for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Rossendale area.

This is a design-focused engineering position responsible for the development of electrical systems.

Working as part of the Engineering team, you will design and develop electrical systems that support a variety of equipment.

You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from client requirements and concept development through to production release, ensuring electrical systems are reliable, compliant and practical to manufacture.

Salary & Package

£50.00 DOE.

• Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:30
• Friday 07:30 - early finish

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• Experience designing electrical systems.
• Ability to produce and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using CAD software to create engineering documentation.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems.
• Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Required
