Harrods, a leading luxury department store, seeks a talented Design Editor to elevate its magazine portfolio. Design Editor Magazine
Harrods is looking for a talented and motivated Designer Editor to deliver high-quality creative work across the full Harrods print publication portfolio (Harrods Magazines, Harrods Man, Home, Estates and various supplements).

About the Role
The Design Editor will work with the Editor and Creative Design Manager to oversee, develop and manage all things creative on the magazine and supporting channels. They will help establish the creative direction, style and design look and feel across the print portfolio. Bringing their unique vision, they must constantly strive to improve the level of design and photography across the portfolio, ultimately driving sales within store.
They will be passionate about the latest trends in design, typography and photography and be able to execute creative design across multiple channels, including our publishing portfolio and in store projects.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You must be used to working in a fast paced team as well as being self-motivated, articulate and able to manage multiple projects/requests independently. You will ideally have experience or passion for retail and the luxury sector, and will be able to think laterally and creatively to come up with great design solutions quickly and effectively in a demanding and challenging environment.
