Design Director

Location: Knightsbridge, Central London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 p/annum

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 p/annum

Office:

Full time in office - Knightsbridge, London
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:

1. Lead and oversee the design and execution of multiple high-end interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
2. Manage, mentor, and develop a talented team of interior designers, ensuring effective collaboration and creative output.
3. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their vision is understood and exceeded.
5. Guide the design development process, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions.
6. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and quality.

Requirements:

1. Degree Qualified in Interior Design or a similar field.
2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in interior design, specifically in luxury residential and hospitality projects.
3. Proven ability to manage and inspire design teams, fostering creativity and high performance.
4. Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
5. Exceptional client-facing skills with a strong ability to build lasting relationships.
6. Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
7. A high-quality portfolio of previous completed projects in the luxury Residential sector.
8. Experience with business development and financial management in the interior design industry.
