Job summary

Fawkes and Reece are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join our construction team in Leeds. You will work on bespoke commercial and residential fit out and refurbishment projects, guiding design from concept through delivery and coordinating with in-house planners, architects and QS.

The role requires 2–3 years with a main contractor, UK driving license, and excellent communication. You will travel nationally to project sites and help deliver high-quality client outcomes with a

Qualifications

2-3 years experience working for a construction main contractor.
Relevant Design/Architecture related qualification or degree.
Valid UK Driving License.
Strong understanding of design principles and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final delivery.
Provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project teams including planners, architects and quantity surveyors to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
Travel nationally to visit projects and sites as required.
