Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join a National Contractor in London.

As the selected candidate, you will support the Senior Design Manager in providing high quality information management processes, whilst implementing companywide BIM standards for their Data Centre, Defence and Energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work with the project team to coordinate BIM models, solve design issues, and make sure data is accurate.

-Create and manage detailed 3D models using BIM tools, such as, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

-Check and report on the accuracy of all BIM documents, including models, drawings, and data, to make sure they meet project standards.

-Work with project managers, architects, and engineers to make sure BIM is properly included in the project timeline and delivered on time.

-Attend regular design meetings to address and solve issues as needed.

Key Requirements:

-A qualification in building design, construction, or BIM (preferably a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field).

-Hold a valid driving license.

-Experience with online document control systems.

-Experience in architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process design.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with teams from different disciplines.

-Experience as a BIM/VDC lead, especially using Revit and other BIM software.
