United Infrastructure is seeking a Design Co-ordinator to drive technical and design coordination across detail design, procurement and construction. You will work with design teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

In this role you will review consultant and subcontractor designs, coordinate deliverables, and ensure compliance with company standards and project programmes. The position involves site visits, attending meetings, and providing timely design responses

Qualifications

• Coordinate technical and design processes with design teams and subcontractors to deliver detail design, procurement and construction on time and on budget.
• Coordinate technical design to meet programme targets while maximizing quality, cost-effectiveness and buildability.
• Assist Design Manager with reviewing consultant detail designs and subcontractor designs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate technical and design processes with design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction.
• Assure designs comply with company standards and budgetary constraints.
• Manage and coordinate design approvals, RFIs and monthly design schedules.
• Attend site meetings and monthly/weekly project meetings to monitor progress.
