The successful candidate will lead project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing stakeholder relationships. A background in construction management and relevant qualifications such as an Engineering HND are essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with proficiency in project management software, are critical for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in preconstruction and construction management.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction management, OH&S, and SHEQ.
• Health & Safety qualification (SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH).

Responsibilities

• Read and assess tender documentation, identifying design risks and opportunities.
• Support construction and commissioning phases, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Guide equipment selection during the design phase with a construction focus.
• Ensure compliance with CDM and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop project quality plans for construction and commissioning.
