Design and Technology Teachers - South Birmingham
Start ASAP or September 2025 Full-time and Part-time available

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of secondary schools across South Birmingham, all rated 'Good' by OFSTED, who are currently looking to recruit Design and Technology teachers for both immediate and September 2025 starts.

We're looking for teachers who can deliver engaging and practical DT lessons across KS3 and KS4, with specialisms in Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, Engineering, or Food Technology all welcome. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, there are opportunities available - including full-time and part-time positions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification

  • Have experience teaching DT at secondary level (KS3/KS4)

  • Be confident in delivering one or more DT specialisms

  • Be passionate about hands-on learning and encouraging creativity and problem-solving
