Supply Design and Technology Teacher - Food Technology

Tradewind are currently recruiting enthusiastic Supply DT Teachers with a specialist in Food Technology to work in secondary schools, delivering engaging and practical lessons that make a real impact.

Salary:
140 - 260 per day PAYE (depending on experience and pay scale)

Role

As a Supply DT Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach across different schools, bringing fresh energy and innovative ideas to a variety of classrooms. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, adapting to different learning environments, and supporting students to develop valuable practical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver inspiring Design and Technology (Food Tech-focused) lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

  • Plan and prepare lesson resources when required
  • Support students in developing practical skills, creativity, and confidence

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Strong subject knowledge in Design and Technology - Food Technology focus preferred
