About the Role

A high-achieving and inclusive secondary school in the East Midlands, represented by our agency, is seeking a committed and creative Teacher of Design & Technology to join its strong and collaborative department.

Whether you\'re an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a school that values innovation, pupil progress, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons at KS3 and KS4
• Contribute to curriculum development and create engaging learning resources
• Set regular homework, mark student work, and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
• Work closely with the SEN team to support students with additional needs
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in line with school policy
• Take on the role of Form Tutor, supporting students\' pastoral development
• Contribute to departmental and whole-school initiatives
