Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons at KS3 and KS4

  • Contribute to curriculum development and create engaging learning resources

  • Set regular homework, mark student work, and provide constructive feedback

  • Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress

  • Work closely with the SEN team to support students with additional needs

  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in line with school policy

  • Take on the role of Form Tutor, supporting students' pastoral development

  • Contribute to departmental and whole-school initiatives
