We are working with a well-regarded school in Bridgend that is seeking a passionate and skilled Design & Technology teacher specializing in Product Design. Your new role

Starting ASAP, you will be a full-time teacher specializing in Product Design, with workshop experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching KS3 – KS5
  • Nurturing a range of learning abilities
  • Attending staff meetings
  • Participating in parents' evenings
  • Taking pastoral responsibilities
  • Planning and preparing lessons, marking, and assessment
What you'll need to succeed
  • Qualified Teaching Status or PCET with secondary school experience
  • Experience in teaching Engineering or Product Design
  • A proven track record of helping students
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Registered with the Education Workforce Council
  • Hold a DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain one
