About Native

At native, we’re building the ecosystem for student events and experiences. Our platform connects brands, Students’ Unions, and students powering everything from freshers fairs to major brand activations. As we scale across the UK and beyond, we’re looking for a Design and Product Assistant to join this growing team!

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Design and Production Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, excited to learn, and comfortable juggling multiple creative tasks - from artwork and mockups for client activations, to automation and production builds. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, with the chance to take on more responsibility across design and production as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and production team in delivering high quality artwork and assets across campaigns.
  • Help design and produce mockups and deck proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Create campaign visuals, including exhibition stands, marketing collateral, uniforms, and digital content.
  • Produce stand mockups, activation visuals, and social content using pre-approved templates and automation tools.
  • Utilise automation tools to aid in the creation of templated activation artwork and assets.
  • Support end-to-end production for campaign builds.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to make sure all design and production elements are delivered on time and to a high standard.

About You

  • Highly organised, with great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player who is happy to help out in varied roles - but equally confident working independently.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, solutions-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable asking for help when needed, and good at recognising when to tap into the wider team’s strengths.

Skills

  • Confident working in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Experience with Canva and Figma; familiarity with SketchUp is a plus.
  • Understanding of creative production process and timelines.
  • Comfortable with assisting on the physical build and setup of experiential marketing campaigns (e.g. stand assembly, event prep, packing).
  • The role requires the candidate to drive.
