Job Description

- Collaborate with our branding agency to come up with a content strategy that will help grow the business.- Writing engaging captions that users interact with and help us generate leads.- Monitor social media accounts daily and forward replies to the relevant agent to deal with. - Produce high-quality digital and print marketing assets (sales brochures, pitch documents, details) in line with the new EO brand guidelines.- Confident in typography, using colour theory, page hierarchy.- Make infographics and custom maps in Adobe Illustrator- Retouching photos and removing unnecessary details in Photoshop

The Successful Applicant

- Premiere Pro video editing and After Effects motion graphics skills are essential.- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator- Applicants are expected to present a high-quality portfolio when invited to an interview.- Attention to detail and a thorough approach in a demanding environment with changing priorities.- Ability to multitask and change direction at short notice whilst maintaining a calm demeanour during busy periods.- Ability to prioritise and be proactive in reaching out for help if unsure.- A team player who is happy to help out with wider Estate Office duties as and when required.
