Design and Creative Operations Manager

Hybrid Min 2 days per month in Andover Head Office

Contract to Permanent, full time

Salary 40-50k DOE

Our Client, Harpar Grace International, is entrepreneurial and dynamic company founded in 2013. They specialise in the development, distribution and management of luxury, cosmeceutical, spa and retail brands. Creative, yet commercial, the company has been achieving strong year-on-year growths with the team rapidly expanding to support the ongoing growth of the company and development of their portfolio both in the UK and internationally.

To join them on their exciting journey, they are currently looking for a passionate and engaging Design and Creative Operations Manager you will be responsible for producing and coordinating high-performing content across digital, social, email, web and print, delivering powerful assets that elevate campaigns and enhance customer experience.

This role will play a key part in ensuring best practice execution, consistent messaging and knowing what good looks like, ensuring the creative output is not only visually exceptional but also delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

Design And Creative Operations Manager, The Role

  • Overseeing and streamlining all creative requests, briefs, timelines, and asset delivery
  • Planning of resources and prioritising projects across internal and external resources
  • Ensuring on time delivery of requirements using Gannt charts, production schedules and any programme workflow tools
  • Taking existing assets and looking for opportunities to elevate them
  • Leading end-to-end development of creative campaigns and content production
  • Working with internal teams and external creative partners, bridging the gap between them
  • Making sure all outputs match brand standards, whilst balancing the need for creative
  • Reviewing creative work to ensure accuracy, alignment to brief, brand guidelines and high visual standards
  • Refining concepts and maintaining consistency by working with the brand and design leads
  • Implementing structured approval processes and creative QA alongside brand managers and stakeholders
  • Tracking NLA, ASA, modal & awards usage rights are tracked and complied with
  • Managing budgets, freelance spend, and production costs across content and creative
  • Sourcing and overseeing external agencies, photographers, stylists, talent, and suppliers
  • Contract negotiation and ensuring legal/usage rights are secured

Design And Creative Operations Manager The Applicant

  • Extensive experience in creative production and studio operations
  • Previous experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite /Indesign
  • Experience managing projects, specifically with creative teams
  • Strong understanding of brand development, creative processes, and visual storytelling
  • Managed high-volume creative output across multiple channels (digital, print, ecom, social)
  • Clear communicator combining positivity and passion with exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, creatives and external agencies with ease
  • Worked with design and/or video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe suite, in-Design, CapCut)
  • Content production knowledge (photo/video shoots, ecom, influencer)
  • Previous background in design or art direction with a passion for aesthetics, trends, and cultural storytelling

It would be beneficial if you have a knowledge of:

  • AI tools for content and creative generation/manipulation
  • Email marketing and brand CRM journeys with experience using Klaviyo to desigin and optimise templates
