We are a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets and have a great opportunity for an Enhanced Security Officer to join our team.

We have increased our hourly rates to attract the best candidates!

Location: Morrisons store in Doncaster, DN5 area.

Start Date: Immediate start for the right candidate!

Salary: £13.32 per hour

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, various shifts as per site rota, Monday to Saturday 14:00 - 22:00 and Sundays 10:00 - 16:00.

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for security officers in store
• Collaborate with local police and crime hubs to gather intelligence on shoplifters
• Maintain a safe environment through patrols and monitoring
• Act as a visible deterrent within the store
• Help reduce stock loss and shrinkage
• Complete reports on observations and incidents
• Work as part of a team to meet customer needs
• Handle difficult situations professionally and safely

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience, preferably in retail security
• Valid DS SIA Licence
• Ability to manage conflicts professionally
• Knowledge of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE
• Full five-year employment history
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional approach with attention to detail
