Bupa is seeking a Staff Nurse (RGN) at the Stratum Clinic in Wokingham. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality dermatology nursing care within a clinic setting, supporting patient pathways, and collaborating with dermatologists and surgeons.

The successful candidate will hold a nursing degree, be registered with the NMC, and bring post‑registration experience. The position offers full time hours, a permanent contract, and a competitive salary.

Qualificações

• Nursing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Registered with NMC and current licence.
• Post-registration nursing experience in relevant field.
• Experience with phlebotomy and medication administration.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation and pricing processes.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
• Commitment to patient care and service delivery.
• Professional, calm and self-motivated.
• Ability to work within established routines and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Support patient pathways in Dermatology and participate in treatment and monitoring.
• Supervise and demonstrate procedures for junior staff.
• Assist Dermatologists and Surgeons with dermatology procedures.
• Plan and organise workload to meet clinic and patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
• Assist in outpatient clinics.
• Perform skin assessments, including dermoscopy where needed.
• Provide nursing care including dressings and suture removal.
• Assist and chaperone patients during examinations and procedures.
• Support audits and triage of results and referrals.
